What is an AI closer?

Which messaging channels can I use?
Telegram today. More messaging channels are on the way.
Will it make up prices?
No. It quotes only the prices in the plans you configure, and it answers from your own materials. When something isn’t covered or needs a person, it asks you or your team to handle it.
Do my customers pay Mideal?
No. Your customers pay your business directly through your own payment link or QR code. Mideal does not process or hold that money; we only bill you for your Mideal subscription.
Can I step in during a conversation?
Yes. You can follow every conversation in the Mideal Console and take over at any time.
How does the free trial work?
The free trial lasts 30 days and includes 2,000 credits and up to 2 AI closers. No payment is needed to start. Sign up at console.mideal.ai, tell Mideal about your business and try your closer in a test chat.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
You may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. After that, fees for the current period are not refunded, and credits that have already been used are non-refundable. Plans never renew automatically: if you don't pay the renewal bill, your plan ends at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. To request a refund, or to tell us you won't renew, email support@mideal.ai.
